Frei Caneca Corridor Study explores the spatial potential of meso-spaces—areas between streets and high-rise housing—as a distributed public realm in São Paulo. Through fieldwork along the Frei Caneca corridor, the project identified site-specific opportunities for public use shaped by ecological and material conditions. This research informed a 2009 seminar at Escola da Cidade, where student-led city walks generated public space interventions later documented through multimedia and community use.
