HOUSING-HEALTH INTERACTIONS | FRAMEWORK PLAN | ONE SQUARE MILE | MIDDLE HOUSING | SCENARIO PLANNING

Suburban Remix, Lubbock reimagines one of West Texas’s ubiquitous one-square-mile tracts as a health-centered community grounded in ecological regeneration and middle housing. Commissioned as a pre-land-sale visioning study, the project integrates micro-prairies, stormwater management, and trail networks with diverse housing and mobility systems. It offers a scalable model for 21st-century suburban development—designed to restore regional ecologies, support intergenerational living, and guide investment through a detailed economic pro forma.
