COMPETITION [HONORABLE MENTION] | MINHA CASA MINHA VIDA | SOCIAL HOUSING INFRASTRUCTURE

Sobradinho Housing & Public Space Plan proposes an integrated building and landscape strategy for infill social housing in Brasília’s suburban periphery. Set within a disconnected loteamento from the 1970s, the design introduces a courtyard housing prototype alongside a network of public, educational, and recreational spaces. Adaptable to future densification or other urban contexts, the project expands the role of social housing to support both environmental resilience and social inclusion.
